We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at Walker Morris.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant central hub of Paralegals, while also being embedded within a core legal department. You will be supported by a dedicated Paralegal Manager, who will help you develop your career, alongside Partners, Directors and lawyers within your department who will support your legal and technical development.
As a Paralegal at Walker Morris, you will act as a key point of contact for lawyers and support staff, providing assistance across a range of matters while managing your own caseload where appropriate. You will gain valuable experience working closely with Partners and Directors, with opportunities to support on projects, attend external client meetings, and take ownership of defined pieces of work.
You will work alongside partners and fee earners on a broad range of matters, taking responsibility for day‑to‑day case management and consistently delivering a high standard of service to clients.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9-5:30. We offer hybrid working options at Walker Morris with a minimum of 60% of your time spent in the office; however, a commitment to office-based working is beneficial in this role, as it enables you to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
