We’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to play a key role in managing recruitment across our Legal, Business Services and Early Careers teams.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll own vacancies from brief to offer, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a smooth, professional and engaging candidate journey. You’ll draft job adverts, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, and keep everyone informed throughout the process. You’ll also represent the firm at careers events and assessment centres.
Alongside day‑to‑day recruitment activity, you’ll contribute to team projects that improve how we work, such as enhancing processes or supporting our employer brand.
