Overview

Join us – we’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to strengthen our team.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll play an important role in attracting talent across our Legal, Business Services and Early Careers teams, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, professional and positive experience from their first interaction through to their first day. You’ll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner, contributing insight, consistency and a strong understanding of the firm’s values.

The role offers real variety. You’ll draft clear and effective job adverts, engage directly with candidates, deliver assessment centres, and represent the firm at careers and law fairs. Your work will help keep our employer brand visible, credible and engaging.

Alongside day‑to‑day recruitment activity, you’ll also contribute to wider team projects that support continuous improvement across the function. Whether it’s refining processes, enhancing our employer brand, supporting inclusion-focused initiatives or strengthening our recruitment strategy, your input will help drive meaningful change. If you’re proactive, organised and committed to delivering a high‑quality service, this role will give you plenty of scope to make an impact.

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will:

Attraction & Branding

  • Write engaging job adverts and keep careers site content fresh.
  • Boost our employer brand through LinkedIn and marketing materials.
  • Represent the firm at careers fairs, law fairs, and networking events.
  • Organise internal and external events to attract talent.

Sourcing

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, and apprenticeship providers.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and share insights with the team.

Selection & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Legal, Business Services, and Early Careers.
  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and deliver assessment centres.
  • Provide timely feedback and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practice and inclusive selection.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance across systems.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate offers and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new starters.
  • Work closely with People & Culture on induction and start dates.

We are looking for:

  • Recruitment experience in legal or professional services (or strong understanding of these sectors).
  • Skilled in sourcing, talent pipeline building, and market mapping.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.

Some of our benefits include:

  • Salary reflective of your experience.
  • Earn up to 10% of your salary with our annual bonus scheme.
  • Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays per year increasing to 31 days with length of service, with the opportunity to buy up to 5 days holiday per year.
  • Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we'll contribute a minimum of 6% of your salary.
  • 4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service.
  • Hybrid and flexible working with a minimum of 40% of your time spent in the office.
