Join us – we’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to strengthen our team.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll play an important role in attracting talent across our Legal, Business Services and Early Careers teams, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, professional and positive experience from their first interaction through to their first day. You’ll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted partner, contributing insight, consistency and a strong understanding of the firm’s values.
The role offers real variety. You’ll draft clear and effective job adverts, engage directly with candidates, deliver assessment centres, and represent the firm at careers and law fairs. Your work will help keep our employer brand visible, credible and engaging.
Alongside day‑to‑day recruitment activity, you’ll also contribute to wider team projects that support continuous improvement across the function. Whether it’s refining processes, enhancing our employer brand, supporting inclusion-focused initiatives or strengthening our recruitment strategy, your input will help drive meaningful change. If you’re proactive, organised and committed to delivering a high‑quality service, this role will give you plenty of scope to make an impact.
