Overview

We’re actively recruiting Corporate Lawyers at Associate, Senior Associate, and Director level to join the largest Corporate team in Leeds, at the heart of an office that has just recorded total revenue of £84.2m – the highest on record and the strongest ever year-on-year growth.

You’ll work on high-profile, cross-border deals for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and family offices of UHNWIs from across the globe. From M&A and private equity to IPOs and public takeovers, you’ll be part of a team that delivers complex, high-value work with a global reach, all from our single site office. We are well suited to those who are looking to escape the London grind, but wanting to continue to work on sophisticated matters, or who want to grow their career in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

You can find out more about joining our Corporate team here.

  • Minimum of 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to five days per year.
  • Hybrid working allows you to split your time between home and the office.
