- Contributing to a collaborative and flexible team environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing business needs.
- Producing, formatting, and amending documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
- Carrying out document comparisons and applying and managing tracked changes.
- Converting files between formats (e.g. Word to PDF) and creating zipped folders for large file sharing.
- Supporting with a small amount of audio typing and transcription.

- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and helpful manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also using initiative.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- An interest in progressing into a secretarial role.
Please note, during your probation period, this role will be based in the office. Depending on your development in the role, this may continue for up to the first 12 months. After this period, we offer hybrid working, Monday to Friday, from our office in Leeds City Centre.
