I have read and agree to the Privacy and Cookies Notice.

Data Retention

Data related to applications submitted by external candidates (i.e. individuals not currently employed by us) are by default retained for 12 months from the date the external candidate last logs into the portal (the Retention Period).  The data are permanently deleted following expiry of the Retention Period.  If the external candidate logs into the portal at any time during the Retention Period, the Retention Period will restart on a 12 month rolling basis until a period of 12 consecutive months has expired.
